I just moved to the Columbia area and I called Ruthlie Israel - State Farm to get an insurance quote for my automobile and new home. Let’s just say by the end of the conversation, I had committed to both coverages. Albert Ticer was the agent I spoke to and it was delightful! He was very welcoming and patient. I called almost at there closing time and he still worked with me, gave me my quotes over the phone, and throughly explained what everything meant.
