I believe I’m approaching my third year with this agency, and while navigating insurance—especially in today’s climate—can be incredibly frustrating, having a representative like Albert Ticer truly makes all the difference. Albert is consistently pleasant, transparent, and reliable—qualities that are invaluable in any business relationship. He always follows up without prompting; I’ve never had to chase him down for updates, which speaks volumes about his professionalism and dedication. Recently, my family and I resolved some license issues, but last Friday, I noticed some changes on my account that raised concerns. When I called the agency, I spoke with a young woman whose demeanor was cold and dismissive. Unfortunately, her tone gave the impression that my business didn’t matter, and it left me feeling extremely disappointed. So much so that I spent the last three days looking into switching to a different agency—something I didn’t really want to do. But then Albert came to mind. Thanks to him, this situation has a very happy ending—and I no longer feel the need to leave the agency.
